Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi cho thịt bò vào xào. Thêm hành tây, 2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 3 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê ớt bột và 1 muỗng cà phê tiêu vào, đảo đều cho thịt bò chín thì tắt bếp.
Cho cơm nóng vào đầy nồi đất. Lần lượt thêm vào thịt bò xào, bắp cải, cà chua, phô mai. Cuối cùng thì cho lên sốt cà chua và kem sữa tươi là có thể thưởng thức.
